Can purchases be made in-store?

We do not operate physical stores; our products are exclusively available online. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

Kindly be aware that cash on delivery is applicable only within Lebanon and payments are restricted to USD.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to Lebanon. However, we plan to introduce international shipping options in the near future.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders? 

Orders typically take 3-5 days to reach customers. 

What is the cost of shipping?

Our flat shipping fee within Lebanon is $4. 

Can I modify or add to my order? 

Please contact us through Instagram direct messages @nova.homessentials or send an email to support@novahomessentials.com detailing the changes you'd like to make, whether it's adding, removing, or modifying items. 

What is your exchange policy for products? 

To qualify for the exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Also, please ensure that the product is packed well to avoid breakage in transit. Once the product has been received by us and inspected that it is still in its original condition, you will be issued a store credit voucher for the purchase value of the product after deducting the handling fees. 

Please be aware of the following: 

  • You are responsible for the delivery fee 
  • An additional $5 flat fee will be charged covering the handling fees 
  • You will be liable for the cost of any broken items 
  • Items on sale are not eligible for exchange

What if I receive a faulty product? 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at support@novahomessentials.com or send us a direct message on instagram @nova.homessentials immediately upon receiving your order. Provide your full name, a description of the item, and images of the damaged product. After assessing the item, we will provide a replacement.
